What to Expect

EDGE™

The EDGE Program starts with a 60-minute Launch Party Webinar to walk you through what to expect. Followed by 8-weekly virtual classes held on the same day and time each week. Class 1 is 90 minutes, and Classes 2-8 are 60 minutes each.

ACCELERATOR™

The ACCELERATOR Program consists of 8 weekly classes held on the same day and time each week. Classes 1-4 are 90 minutes, and 5-8 are 60 minutes each.

Class: July 7th - August 25th (Mondays at 3 PM ET) 

 

OCTOBER OPEN ACCELERATOR

Class: October 6th - November 24th (Mondays at 3 PM ET) 


Payment Options

EDGE™ - Fairway is only asking for $399 on a program that is $1,799 retail.  They are investing in you! 

ACCELERATOR™ - Fairway is only asking for $399 on a program that is $1,999 retail.  They are investing in you! 

You have 2 payment options:

  1. Your credit card (XINNIX will NOT charge you directly. Fairway will follow up on collecting.)

  2. Branch payment (this requires prior approval of your manager)

Please note that payment in full will be due before class begins. It is important that everyone is paid in full and ready to go on day one!

*Note: You can submit credit card payments for reimbursement from your Marketing Account if you have sufficient funds in the account.

Once You've Registered

Frequently Asked Questions

You are required to attend all classes, but we understand that emergencies may come up and that life happens. If you need to request an excused absence, email the reason to fairwayedge@XINNIX.com prior to the class. If your absence is approved by a XINNIX Performance Specialist, and as long as all prior assignments have been completed, the recording will be made available to you so you can catch up.  

The live EDGE webinars are mandatory. The EDGE Class 1 webinar is 90-minutes, and the EDGE Classes 2-8 webinars are 60-minutes each. Required assignments are your day-to-day LO activities that drive results!  

 

Yes, you do not want to miss the deadlines for submitting your assignments. Completing these assignments helps you gain the EDGE in your market…you don’t want to fall behind, and consistent disciplines are key to your success!  Set your calendar for reminders if you need to ensure you don’t miss a deadline.

No, unless you have an approved and excused absence (reference question #3). The great news is that each class workbook is very comprehensive and will be your reference material to the program. While the class is being held, make sure you eliminate all distractions, as the instructor will be referencing the handout as the class progresses. You are going to love the workbook! 

We encourage and recommend that managers meet with their LOs weekly directly after the class (if they have an Ignite Coach, the Coach will act as the Manager of that student). The managers and coaches each have a Debrief Guide. 

No, your camera function will not be available during class, but be ready to engage! Participation is expected and required through the chat and poll features within Zoom, but stay on alert as you could be unmuted to share at any time. Challenge yourself not to multitask and dedicate this time to your personal and professional growth. You got this!
